The memories you created for us were beyond anything we could ever have imagined. From the hand castings, which take pride of place in my living room, to the jewellery you made for me and my daughter, every piece means the world to us. The hand castings have become such a special part of our daily lives. Every morning I say, “Good morning, Alan,” and every night I say, “Good night.” They bring me so much comfort and always make me feel close to him. The finger and palm prints on our jewellery are unbelievable. Being able to carry Alan with me and my daughter wherever we go brings us so much comfort. We touch our necklaces so many times throughout the day that I’m surprised there’s any print left. From the moment you placed those necklaces around our necks, neither of us has taken them off. My granddaughter often sleeps with her little heart containing her grandad’s ashes and loves the feel of her fingerprint pebbles. They bring her so much comfort and help us keep talking about her grandad, reminding her every day how much he loved her. I just wanted to say how incredibly grateful we are to you and for the work you do. You’ve helped us through the toughest year of our lives, and we appreciate everything you’ve done for our family.

My family and I recently had a very sad time when we lost our loved little dog after having had the pleasure of his company for nearly 16 years.
